Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the consulting services provided, you may request a refund within 7 days of the service delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us in writing within this period and provide a clear explanation of your dissatisfaction.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation or service, you must notify us at least 7 days prior to the appointment. Cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee, as specified in the contract.

2. Refund Process:

Request Submission: To initiate a refund request, please email us at refund@todayotc.com with your service details, proof of payment, and the reason for the refund request.
Review and Resolution: Once your request is received, we will review it and respond within 10 business days. If your request meets the criteria outlined above, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 Days.

3. Conditions:

Service Delivery: Refunds will only be considered if the services provided were significantly different from what was agreed upon or if there was a clear failure to deliver as per the contract.
Feedback: We may request feedback to understand your concerns and improve our services. Providing feedback is not a requirement for processing a refund but is encouraged.

4. Non-Refundable Fees:

Administrative Fees: Any administrative or processing fees incurred as part of the service may be non-refundable.
Service Fees: Services that have been delivered in full and are not subject to the satisfaction guarantee will not be eligible for a refund after the 7-day period.
